Spaghetti and Cheese

Super Cute Poem From Ana at school today. They are celebrating Dr. Seuss's Birthday this week. The Text reads:

Spaghetti and Cheese
By: Montana Hooper
(In the theme of Green Eggs and Ham)
I am Montana
Montana-I-am

Do you like spaghetti and cheese?
Would you eat it every day if you please?

Would you get it  in your hair?
Would it end up everywhere?

Would you smile and cheer?
When you discover it really does smear?

Yes, I love spaghetti and cheese!
I say “Give me more, Yes Please!”

Ana's Tubes

If you have read the blog posts about Ana for the past 5 months you will recall she has had a terrible time with Ear infections. Just like Charlie! Well after 5 Rounds of various antibiotics and multiple ear infections, Ana got tubes in her ears! We waited for about 4 weeks to get on the surgery schedule with Dr. Allen, our favorite ENT from Children's Hospital, but it was worth it. Mommy and Ana braved driving to the Broomfield clinic during a mini-blizzard early in the morning for her 7:30am procedure. The whole family is looking forward to a healthy little girl who can finally hear all of the sounds she has been missing. If she is anything like Charlie was after his first set of ear tubes, we should be hearing a lot more from little miss, vocally I mean! Here are a few pictures of Ana in her pre-op crib and hospital gown.

Rockin Out at Nana's

Ana "rocks out" at Nana's While we head to JP's Swimming birthday party today!
Don't you love the boots that Aunt Olivia gave her for Christmas? They are like furry little kittens.

Centennial Park

We met Marie, Nick and Grandma Karen at Centennial park on Sunday.  The park is across the street from the primrose school and was built about a year ago. It is a pretty impressive place. Here is a picture.

They have a water feature area during the summer. The kiddos stayed on the smaller play equipment for the most part. Daniel loved scaling the wall and then sliding down the concrete slide that is built into the wall. Mommy and Charlie enjoyed the twirly bucket. There may even be a video on our you tube channel. The playground equipment is so cool that I want to see if we could get a spinner for our yard. The website is  http://www.kompan.us/ you should check it out!

Here are a few shots of the kiddos enjoying the afternoon

Kindergarten 100 Day Class Picture

Charlie's class celebrated the 100th day of school! I kept thinking that Charlie celebrates the first 100 days and I am sure his cousin Ryan will be celebrating the last 100 days of high school with a bit more enthusiasm and fewer fruit loop necklaces.

Charlie is sitting on the floor, second from the left. His Kindergarden teacher is Miss Melissa and her assistant is Mr. Justin.
