Ana is Movin' on Up

Ana's Moving up Ceremony today at All Souls Catholic school. Every child that will enter Kinder next year "graduated" and told all of the parents what they wanted to be when they grow up. Ana will apparently be a Gardener? She really like flowers.

Our little Lector

Daniel was asked to do the reading at the School Mass this week. Chad and Daniel practiced for about a week. Play the video and see how his hard work on "The Prayer of Azariah" from the book of Daniel (3:25-45) came out. We are pretty proud of our 6-year-old and his oratory skills.

Mulch is on sale and we have a back corner that needs some serious work.
I can do this . . . Mikey can help!  Gotta collect the supplies.

Mikey sure is pushing hard on that cart.  Not sure I could've lugged around 15 bags of mulch without him.

A New Thing

So something that I have been waiting a long time for has finally happened.  We are all able to take a family bike ride!  With the exception of Mikey (riding in the trailer) all the kids are comfortable and reliable enough to ride on the neighborhood streets.  Even though she doesn't show up in any of the pictures, I even got Mom out to ride with us.  A true family adventure!  We did "The Big Loop" as Daniel calls it and even snuck in a side trip to visit our old neighbors, John and Tonia.
