Mountain fun

Chad's Captions go something like this:

"Posing on a Rock, Mom and Charlie enjoy the weekend in Breckenridge."

"While taking a walk in Breckenridge, Mom and Charlie stop to smell the wild grasses."

Corn!

 
 
Charlie really enjoyed the corn on the cob for dinner last night! He carried the spent corn cob around the house for about 30 mins after he was done with it. I enven caught him trying to dig the cob out of the trash later that night. At first Chad was holding the corn for CHarlie, then in 2-year-old fashion, he took control of the cob. The rest is plastered on his dirty shirt

Bath time coercion

As many of you know bath time has recently been pretty tough for Charlie. Last night we had a breakthrough! No screaming, scrambling or fighting, just plain bath time fun. It all started when mom suggested that Charlie take "mower" into the tub and wash it. BRILLIANT! Dad followed up by teaching Charlie how to wash himself and dump water on his own head. Both of these things have made bath time much more enjoyable for all parties involved... except maybe "mower."
