Daniel was Baptized on 1/9/11, the Feast of the Baptism of our Lord, at the Church of the Risen Christ in Denver. Msgr. Ken Leone performed the ceremony in the middle of the 5:30pm teen mass that Sunday. So many of our friends, neighbors and family braved the snowy conditions and witnessed Daniel's first sacrament. We were truly blessed. Afterward everyone joined us at the house for cake and coffee. Daniel's Godparents, Dave and Sue Berscheid, continue to play a special role in our lives as friends, neighbors and now spiritual leaders.
